How we have consulted

Vision

Transport for London and the London Development Agency have been holding a wide ranging consultation on our proposals with the local community and other stakeholders.

We have met with officials from a number of public bodies including:

  • Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment (CABE)
  • English Heritage
  • Greater London Authority
  • London Borough of Hackney

We have met several users' and community groups including:

  • OPEN Dalston
  • The Environment Trust
  • Roseberry Place cottage owners
  • Holy Trinity School
  • TravelWatch
  • The Hackney Society
  • Hackney Chamber of Commerce

We have also:

  • Hosted an open evening attended by over 100 people
  • Run a three day exhibition, also visited by over 100 people
  • Briefed local elected representatives
  • Distributed leaflets about the proposals and events to local people
